Sponsorship removal policy
Sponsorship buys placement, not protection. These are the grounds on which a sponsor can be suspended or removed.
A sponsor slot is a paid, prominent placement at the top of SwapRaven. Because that prominence carries weight with our visitors, we hold sponsors to the same standards as any listing — and to a few more. We may suspend or remove a sponsorship at any time, with the remaining term ended, if a sponsor does any of the following:
- Operates a scam or fraud — exit scams, non-delivery, stealing or "losing" customer funds, fake reserves, or any theft.
- Engages in deceptive marketing — false or misleading claims about fees, no-KYC status, custody, ownership, reviews, ratings, or partnerships, including faked screenshots or testimonials.
- Impersonates another exchange, brand, or SwapRaven itself, or buys a slot for one service and redirects to another.
- Harms users — malware, phishing, drainer contracts, hidden or punitive terms, or refusing legitimate withdrawals.
- Breaks the law in a way that endangers users, or is placed under credible regulatory or law-enforcement action for fraud.
- Abuses the placement — cloaking (showing us one site and visitors another), or materially changing the linked site after approval.
How it works
- Where we can, we'll give notice and a chance to fix a genuine mistake. Where users are at risk, we act immediately.
- Removal for any reason above is generally non-refundable — you forfeit the remaining term.
- A removed sponsor's listing may also be downgraded or de-listed under our normal rating process.
- Sponsorship is promotion, not endorsement: it never changes a listing's grade, ranking, or how we review it.
